Cat Nap and Lazy Dog Pet Outfitters is located in the heart of Barry’s Bay, Ontario - in the beautiful Madawaska Valley, just east of Algonquin Park.
Most of the “outfitters” in the area provide canoes or tents for hikers and campers. But Cat Nap is a “pet outfitter”. We provide for the needs of companion animals who live in or vacation in the Algonquin East area.
Yes! We have pet lifejackets and backpacks, spray to keep the bugs away, hunting vests and paw protector cream. We have tough chews, water toys, biodegradable shampoo and a full line of health items as well as supplies for small animals, fish and reptiles.
Cat Nap is loaded with quality treats, toys, clothing, accessories, grooming items, pet health items and Canadian-made pet food. You’ll find quality food at Cat Nap, and treats your pets will savour. Need a gift for a special pet event, or something for the Grand-dog? We can help!
Cat Nap is high on service and low on cost. If we don’t stock it we’ll investigate a custom order for you, competitively priced. We’ll help fit a collar, consult on a leash, recommend a food, discuss grooming items or supplements, suggest skunk removers and stain removers, and chuckle with you over toys to throw, chase, chew or retrieve.
